They are designed for use in short-staple and long–staple ring spinning machines with high spindle speeds up to 25.000 rpm. Moreover, the application in ring twisting machines is possible, too. Spindle Bearing Units Texparts® CS 1 S
CS1 S silent spindle bearing units have the same application as the standard spindle bearing units CS1. Thanks to their elastically fitted neck bearing they permit even higher spindle speeds of up to 30.000 rpm. as well as extremely quiet spindle operation over the entire speed range. Forms of supply
The Texparts® CS Spindle Bearings are available in different versions with hooks or with internal lock for the ring spinning machines of all leading manufacturers. The design of the thread flange depends on the specification of the customer. The equipment with additional elements, e.g. nuts, washers as well as brakes and yarn cutters is optional. As a system supplier Oerlikon Textile Components, of course, is also able to supply customer-specific spindle top parts and complete spindles. |
