Heberlein^® AirSplicer-40-2

The Heberlein® AirSplicer-40-2 enables the best splicing quality with flat, clean bound yarn ends and highest strength. Suitable for yarns used for magazine creeling, in drawing and twisting processes or for fabric manufacturing.

Splicing of Multifilament Yarns
During splicing the ends of two yarns are intermingled by using compressed air. The resulting joint exhibits high uniformity and base yarn strength.

In contrast to a knotted joint, a splice causes less problems in the following processes since the yarn has a more uniform structure.

Area of Application
Recommended for the knot free joining from 800 up to 17‘000 dtex and glass fiber rovings from 70 up to 2‘400 tex.

Handling

The blow chambers are easily replaced by releasing two screws.
