Heberlein^® PolyJet-BCF-2 TopAir

The new PolyJet-2 jet concept enables jets of various sizes and interlacing character to be exchanged on the same holder.This triggers a quick reaction to changing market trends. What is new is the transfer of the innovative TopAir technology for highest interlacing performance into the PolyJet-2 design. The additional air stream generates a large number of uniform, strong interlacing knots without faulty segments in the yarn. A simultaneous reduction in air consumption, since each jet can process heavier yarn counts or achieve its optimum performance even at lower air pressure. Main and top air supplies can be set independently of each other.
